Peter Stathopoulos leads Bennett Thrasher’s Entertainment practice, which consults with clients nationally regarding entertainment incentives and other tax issues particular to the entertainment industry. Peter has worked closely with his motion picture studio and television network clients, the MPAA, and state tax policymakers in helping to shape entertainment incentive programs in Georgia and other film incentive states. Peter is an attorney and was formerly a partner with McGuirewoods, LLP, and led the firm’s state tax and economic development incentives practice in Georgia. Prior to that, Peter spent eight years with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP in the area of state taxation and economic development incentives. Peter is a frequently published author and speaker regarding entertainment incentives issues, including articles published in the Atlanta Business Chronicle, Oz, Current Accounts, Accounting Today, and the Marietta Daily Journal, among other publications and organizations.
CRAIG MILLER, Executive Producer
Respected filmmaker and founder of Craig Miller Productions, Craig Miller has produced award-winning presentations for an extensive list of Fortune 500 clientele for over 35 Years. Craig's long-term relationships with companies like The Coca-Cola Company, Delta Air Lines, AGCO, UPS, Southern Company, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and Georgia Tourism are a testament to his company's creative and technical expertise.
In addition, Craig is in the movie business. He played an integral role in the passage the Georgia Entertainment Incentive Act in 2008 as the Co-President of the Georgia Production Partnership. He was appointed Chair of the Georgia Film, Music, and Digital Entertainment Commission from 2015 -2018. He currently serves on the 2022 Commission.
In 2018 he produced his first feature film, Still. In 2019, he co-produced the feature film Only (Frieda Pinto, Leslie Odum, Jr.). Only premiered at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival and was a Top Ten Netflix film for the month of July in 2020. Craig was Executive Producer for The Neon Highway, (Beau Bridges, Lee Brice) in 2021.
Craig is a graduate of the University of Georgia. He is married to Carolyn, and they have six children and six grandchildren and live in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Justin Andrews the grandson of the legendary Otis Redding, is Director of Special Projects and Outreach at the Otis Redding Foundation. Within the Foundation, he specializes in event planning, leads student activities and camps, and is the creative force behind Otis Redding branded merchandise, where proceeds support the organization’s educational programs and outreach efforts. He is active and involved in the Middle Georgia community, where he serves as the President of the Macon Film Festival’s Board of Directors and is a board member of the Macon Arts Alliance, the Boys and Girls Club, and Visit Macon. He is a graduate of Macon’s Mt. de Sales Academy and participated in the 2017 class of Leadership Macon.
