Athena Studios, the first film and TV studio based in Athens, is set to open its doors in mid-January ahead of schedule, the developer announced Friday at a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
“We want to deliver a blank canvas with big spaces,” said Joel Harber, president of Reynolds Capital, which is investing $60 million into the project. “We want to provide flexibility. We think we’re hitting the sweet spot of what producers need.” READ MORE
